Your information.
Handled with care.

Updated September 11, 2026. This page explains the MVP Games early-interest signup.

What we collect

Your player or host selection, name, email, phone number, ZIP code, any venue details and feedback you choose to provide, and a record of your contact permissions and signup time.

How we use it

We use these details to understand local interest, plan games, and email you about MVP Games. We only use your phone number to call you if you select that separate option. This signup does not authorize automated marketing texts.

Who can access it

The MVP Games organizers and the service providers needed to host this page and store signups. Your signup is not displayed publicly, and we do not sell your details. Hosting is provided through Sites and Cloudflare; signup records are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database managed by Sites.

Security and retention

We use encrypted connections and server-side storage. Short-lived, hashed network identifiers help limit automated submissions; we do not store raw IP addresses in the signup database. Hosting providers may process technical request information to operate and secure the service.

We keep signup details while they are needed for the early-interest list and event planning, or until you ask us to remove them. Avoid including sensitive personal information in the feedback box.

Your choices

You can withdraw permission, correct your details, or request deletion by contacting mail@kbanc.com. You can also unsubscribe or reply to any MVP Games email asking to be removed.

What joining means

This is an interest list, not an event booking or prize entry. No payment is collected. Event details and any applicable rules will be shared separately.
